SAAI provides access to AI tools, including large language models and code-generation systems, for educational purposes. These tools are designed to augment human capability, not replace independent judgment.
Participants are required to maintain “Human-in-the-Loop” oversight. AI tools are assistive; you must review, validate, and approve all outputs before use. They are not intended to operate autonomously without human supervision.
AI systems may generate inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or fabricated outputs (“hallucinations”). SAAI makes no warranty regarding the correctness or reliability of AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on AI outputs; you must independently verify all results.
AI-generated outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Users must independently verify outputs before relying upon them for professional or legal purposes.
Prompts and inputs may be processed by third-party model providers. Do not upload confidential third-party data, trade secrets, or sensitive personal data without authorization. For broader data handling details, see our Privacy Policy.
You must not use AI tools to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, NSFW/pornographic material, malware, exploit code, deepfakes, or automated spam. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund. Also see our Code of Conduct.
SAAI does not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs unless they form part of structured assessment submissions. SAAI makes no representation that AI outputs are protectable under copyright or trademark laws. For submission licensing, see our IP & Submission Policy.
If you deploy AI-generated code into a live environment, you assume all technical and financial risks, including server costs, infrastructure failure, security vulnerabilities, and data breaches. SAAI is not liable for consequences arising from deployment decisions.
AI models are subject to updates or discontinuation by third-party providers. SAAI is not responsible for changes in output quality, feature unavailability, or performance drift.
To the extent permitted by law, SAAI shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs, financial damages from deployment, or regulatory consequences arising from user misuse of these tools.
