Build. Learn. Deploy. Real-World AI and Business-Focused Skills & Projects.
Move from theory to execution through mentored, applied, and career-oriented training.
1. Purpose
SAAI programs simulate real-world professional environments. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with workplace standards. Enrollment implies full agreement to this Code.
2. Professional Conduct
Participants must maintain respectful communication, use professional language, and engage constructively with instructors and peers. Disruptive or hostile behavior that undermines the learning environment will not be tolerated.
3. Academic Integrity & AI Assistance
As an Applied AI platform, AI-assisted learning is encouraged. However, participants must distinguish between AI-assisted learning (permissible) and AI-generated submissions presented as original work without meaningful human oversight. Submitting content as independently authored where the assignment requires demonstrable Human-in-the-Loop involvement constitutes academic misconduct.
4. Collaboration & Attribution
In collaborative projects, participants must appropriately credit all contributors. Claiming sole authorship for group-developed work or misrepresenting collaborative achievements is a violation that may affect certification status.
5. Responsible Use of AI & Infrastructure
Participants must not upload confidential third-party data or abuse API rate limits. Using SAAI resources for unauthorized data mining, scraping, or automated collection of platform data is strictly prohibited.
6. Media & Privacy
Recording live sessions without prior permission is prohibited. Participants must not create or distribute "Synthetic Media" (AI-generated video, audio, or images) depicting SAAI staff or fellow participants without explicit written consent.
7. Non-Solicitation & Platform Integrity
SAAI communication channels are for educational collaboration. Participants shall not use these channels for unsolicited commercial promotion, recruiting for competing services, or unauthorized advertising.
8. Intellectual Property Boundaries
While participants may use their own projects in personal portfolios, they must not redistribute SAAI curriculum materials, resell internal datasets, or replicate proprietary SAAI tools and systems.
9. Graded Enforcement System
Violations are addressed through a three-level system:
- Level 1 – Warning: Written notice with corrective guidance.
- Level 2 – Temporary Suspension: Restricted access and potential loss of evaluation privileges.
- Level 3 – Removal: Termination of access and ineligibility for certification without a refund.
10. Immediate Suspension
Severe violations—including illegal conduct, harassment, hate speech, infrastructure abuse, or deepfake misuse—may result in immediate suspension without prior warning at SAAI’s discretion.
11. Relationship Disclosure
Participation in SAAI programs does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
