Policy Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid programs, courses, internships, workshops, mentorship sessions, digital learning products, assessments, and certification-based learning services offered by SAAI.
By enrolling in any SAAI program or making a payment through our website, payment link, invoice, or official communication channel, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
A student may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the student has not substantially accessed or consumed the program.
- The student must not have completed more than 10% of the course, module, sprint, or program content.
- The student must not have attended more than one live class, mentor session, review session, or doubt-clearing session.
- The student must not have submitted any assignment, test, sprint task, project work, GitHub link, documentation, or internship deliverable for review.
- The student must not have received a certificate, completion record, evaluation result, assessment score, or mentor feedback report.
- The refund request must be submitted through SAAI’s official support channel with valid payment details.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
- The student has accessed a significant portion of the course, dashboard, lessons, recordings, files, datasets, templates, or learning material.
- The student has attended multiple live sessions, mentor calls, review sessions, demo, or doubt-clearing sessions.
- The student has submitted assignments, tests, project files, internship tasks, sprint work, or documentation for evaluation.
- The student has received an assessment result, certificate, completion status, internship record, or evaluation report.
- The student is removed from the program due to misconduct, plagiarism, abusive behaviour, policy violation, or misuse of platform access.
- The student is unable to continue due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, lack of device access, lack of internet access, or change of mind after enrollment.
- The payment was made under a discounted, promotional, scholarship, early-bird, limited-seat, or special offer marked as non-refundable.
- The payment was made for registration, admission confirmation, seat booking, onboarding, or administrative charges that were disclosed as non-refundable.
- The program was curated or modified in a way that makes a refund impractical.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, SAAI may approve a partial refund at its sole discretion. The final refund amount may be calculated after deducting applicable charges.
- Payment gateway charges
- Administrative and onboarding costs
- Cost of classes, sessions, or mentoring already provided
- Cost of digital material, datasets, templates, project files, or resources already shared
- Applicable taxes, bank charges, or statutory deductions
Batch Transfer or Credit Adjustment
Instead of a refund, SAAI may offer a batch transfer, course extension, or credit adjustment for another program where feasible.
- Batch transfer requests must be made during the early stage of the program.
- Transfers are subject to seat availability and academic feasibility.
- SAAI may approve or reject a transfer request based on the student’s access, attendance, and progress.
- Only one batch transfer may be allowed unless approved otherwise by SAAI.
Program Cancellation by SAAI
If SAAI cancels a program, batch, workshop, or internship before it begins, students may be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund
- Transfer to another batch
- Credit adjustment for another SAAI program
Rescheduling of classes, live sessions, mentor sessions, or project reviews due to operational reasons will not be treated as program cancellation.
Technical Issues
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have access to a suitable device, stable internet connection, browser, required accounts, and basic software needed for the program.
Refunds will generally not be issued for issues caused by the student’s device, internet connection, browser settings, software setup, or failure to follow onboarding instructions. However, if a genuine platform-side issue prevents access to paid content and SAAI is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, SAAI may review the case for refund, extension, or alternate access.
