In addition to standard contact information (name, email, phone), we collect:

• AI Interaction Data: Text prompts, file uploads, generated outputs, and interaction logs within our coding environments.
• Behavioral Metadata: Module engagement time, navigation patterns, and download logs.
• Educational Background: College details and resumes (if provided for placement).

Note: We do not store credit card or payment instrument details.

3. Purpose of Collection

Data is processed for program delivery, certification, and AI safety monitoring. Participants are explicitly advised not to enter sensitive personal data of third parties into AI prompts.

4. AI Model Providers & Third-Party Processing

By using our AI features, you acknowledge that your prompts are transmitted to providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic for processing. SAAI relies on the contractual safeguards provided by these processors.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Due to the nature of AI infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers located outside of India. By using SAAI’s tools, you consent to this necessary cross-border transfer for service fulfillment.

6. Data Sharing & Hiring

We share participant data with hiring partners only upon explicit granular consent. SAAI does not sell personal data to third-party data brokers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Active Accounts: Retained for the duration of activity.
• Inactive Accounts: Subject to deletion after 24 months of inactivity following a 30-day notice period.
• Financial Records: Retained for 8 years as per statutory requirements.

8. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, withdraw consent, or request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
