SAAI is a structured, practice-driven applied AI training platform operated by Codex Automation Key Pvt. Ltd.. Participation in these programs enhances applied AI capability but does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
SAAI certifications are private training credentials and do not grant academic degrees. No guarantee of employment or specific income is provided upon completion.
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment and may require prerequisite completion. SAAI reserves the right to request government-issued identity proof; any misrepresentation may result in termination without a refund.
A 24-hour cooling period applies from the time of payment. Refund eligibility ceases immediately if you attend a live session, access more than one recording, download primary materials, or submit an assessment. After 24 hours, no refunds shall be issued.
SAAI retains all rights to its curriculum, branding, and proprietary materials. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. Redistribution or commercial use of SAAI materials is strictly prohibited.
Participants must ensure all submitted work is their own and free from plagiarism. While AI tools may be used as per the AI Usage Policy, they must not be used to bypass the learning objectives of the program.
Access to SAAI compute infrastructure and APIs is limited, revocable, and does not transfer ownership. Users must comply with third-party provider terms and avoid prohibited uses such as generating illegal content, malware, or deepfakes.
Unprofessional, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund. For more details, see our Code of Conduct.
SAAI reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances. SAAI is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages or regulatory changes.
The total liability of SAAI shall not exceed the program fee paid by the participant.
Any contractual disputes shall be resolved through Sole Arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts at Indore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These terms may be updated, and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, it shall not affect the remainder of the terms.
