Evidence, not just completion

Projects are evaluated through source code, functional tests, deployed links, technical documentation and online defense interviews.

One continuous learning record

Skill scores update as new evidence is submitted and assessed, producing a dynamic Skill Passport rather than a one-time certificate.

Design. Develop. Deploy. Defend.

Every project moves through the 4D engineering framework, so your portfolio shows how you think, build, deliver and explain.

01 / Design

Requirements, architecture, data models and technical decisions.

02 / Develop

Build features, integrate APIs and write tests with traceable commits.

03 / Deploy

Publish working applications with CI/CD, documentation and health checks.

04 / Defend

Explain your choices and troubleshoot your work in an online technical interview.

A portfolio that can speak for itself.

The sprint is designed to make your engineering capabilities visible, verifiable and easier to discuss in hiring conversations.
